Nominations are now open for the 2025 Northern Territory Sports Awards.

The NT Sports Awards celebrate the achievements of athletes, coaches, officials, and volunteers. Managed by the Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities, the awards provide an opportunity for the community and sector to nominate in nine categories.

SMA proudly sponsors the ‘Karen Schneider SMA Safer Sport Award’ which was created by SMA to celebrate Karen Schneider’s contribution to sports and exercise physiotherapy in the NT. This award will be presented to a person or persons who have contributed to creating a safer sporting environment for their team, players or sporting community.

Nominations close Wednesday 15 January 2025.

Winners will be announced at the annual Awards Night on Saturday 29 March 2025.
