Attending an SMA Webinar

We’re delivering this online event using Zoho Meetings. Here are some tips on how to register for and access the event using this platform.

As an SMA webinar attendee, you can watch the event and participate in the moderated Q&A.

Join the Webinar

A link to access the event will be sent to you within 48 hours prior to the event starting. Open this link to register for the event.

We recommend that you join the event early to register, as registration can take up to 1 minute depending on your internet connection.

You can also register when you first receive the link. The process will prompt you to save the events and access link in your calendar, so you can easily join just prior to the event starting.

How to Register

  • Open the event link we send you in our reminder email. You will see a page similar to below. 
  • Complete the form and click ‘Register’. 
  • An email will be sent to you directly, with the access link for the event. Check your junk mail or ‘other’ inbox if it doesn’t land in your inbox.
  • Click on the ‘Join Webinar’ button in the email to gain access to the event.
  • If you register with plenty of time before the event starts, you can save the event information to your calendar to use just before the event starts.
  • We’ll let you into the event when it begins.

Asking a question

  • If the event includes a Q&A, you will have access to the Q&A functionality when you join.
