SMA Student Network
The SMA Student Network is a Member Group developed and led by students, for students. Our members are university students with an interest in sports and exercise medicine.
The SMA Student Network will assist your career development whilst fostering a passion for sports and exercise medicine; building a solid foundation of knowledge and skills upon which students can continue to build as they go on to pursue their chosen careers.
We provide our members with opportunities to connect with and learn from professionals across a diverse range of sports and exercise health disciplines through offering:
- Highly accessible and targeted education sessions available nationwide through online seminars
- Exclusive access to research projects and networking events
- Opportunities for career development through clinical field exposure and hands-on experiences
Through these initiatives, we are helping to elevate practitioner standards and care in sports and exercise medicine, and working toward improving the health of all Australians through sport and exercise into the future.
