Whilst reporting to the General Manager, Football Performance, the role is responsible to the Senior Coach, ensuring individual and team performance requirements are developed and maintained to perform successfully at AFL level. The High Performance Manager will provide leadership and management to a team of specialists who will be responsible for delivering the designated outcomes. Strong communication lines between this role, the Senior Coach, Assistant Coaches, players and medical, conditioning and welfare staff is paramount.

- Relevant qualifications and extensive experience in a physical performance role in an elite sporting environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple competing priorities.
- Experience managing a team of staff, including strength, medical and welfare staff.
