The Mental Health First Aid course is delivered in 2 methods:
Face-to-face: 2 x 6 hour sessions over 2 days (12 hours total)
Blended Face-to-face: Self paced E-Learning (5-7 hours), followed by a 4-hour face-to-face session.
All sessions are led by an MHFA trained and Licensed Instructor.
The Mental Health First Aid course is delivered in 2 methods:

Upon completion of the training, students will complete a short online assessment in order to be issued with a certificate.
