2023 ASICS SMA Conference – Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy

All payments are in AUD$.

Payment must be made via credit card when registering online. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Delegates may cancel their registration prior to conference. Where registration is cancelled by the delegate they will receive:

• 100% refund on registration fees for cancellations made before 31 July 2023
• 50% refund on registration fee for cancellations made before 1 September 2023
• No refund will be given on cancellations made after 1 September 2023

In line with state and territory guidelines, if a registrant is required to isolate due to COVID-19, they will be eligible for a full refund. Evidence of COVID-19 positive status must be provided to receive this refund.

If an individual is unable to attend due to reasons outside of COVID-19 government restrictions, the standard Cancellation Policy applies.

Substitute delegates are welcome and encouraged to attend as a replacement. The replacement’s details must be provided to SMA a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the Conference.

If, for any reason, the 2023 ASICS SMA Conference is postponed, delegate registrations will be automatically carried over to the next SMA Conference. Alternatively, delegates may apply for a full refund. Notification of postponement will be given at the earliest possible time.

Conference Photography

The 2023 ASICS SMA Conference will be photographed and recorded. Images and recordings are kept by SMA and may be used for promotional purposes including websites, publications, social media and other digital platforms. If a delegate does not want to appear in promotion material, please advise a SMA representative prior to the commencement of the Conference.

Media

Media may be present at the 2023 ASICS SMA Conference, therefore delegates should be aware they may appear in third party vision.
