Sports Medicine Awareness Course (SMAC)

A practical and informative workshop designed specifically for high school students. This workshop aims to develop awareness of the various skills and techniques for injury prevention and management.

Elastoplast Sports Taping Workshop

This fun and practical workshop focuses on educating students to correctly tape an ankle, thumb and finger in preparation for physical activity. Students will learn how to help athletes prevent prevent minor injuries and return to sport, safely.

Return to Play: Rehabilitation of the Injured Athlete (REHAB)

In order to return to play safely after an injury, it is important athletes complete a rehabilitation program. This workshop will teach students rehabilitation methods for common sports injuries, working through interactive and practical case studies.
