Safer Sport Overview

The Safer Sport Program (SSP) is the principal national community education program of Sports Medicine Australia, with the philosophy of ‘Making Australian Sport Safer’. Founded in 1982, the program has since educated more than 200,000 Australians, with over 130 courses scheduled and delivered to 3,000 participants throughout Victoria and Tasmania annually.
