RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL)
Depending on your previous qualifications and/or experience you may be able to credit partial or full courses that are offered by Sports Medicine Australia Queensland Branch.

Sports First Aid
- Apply First Aid (previously called Senior First Aid) Certificate from any Nationally Recognised
Registered Training Organisation + Sports Medicine Awareness Course (SMAC)
- ARL Level 1
Level 1 Sports Trainer
- HMST3052 – Sports Medicine of Physical Activity
- SP3006 – Sports Medicine
- PES3007 – Injury Management and Prevention
- ARL Level 2
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy
Documentation required to apply for RPL
– Justification per SMA Module outlining how you have already completed each competency with the following evidence attached per module:
– A copy of your current qualifications
- A course outline of the modules studied or a summary identifying module content
- Academic transcripts or recognised qualifications
- Course Registration Form with payment of $99 (for complete RPL)
