Sports Medicine Awareness Course  (SMAC)

No prerequisites required

This course is a three-hour workshop aimed at coaches, parents, teachers, students, administrators, sports participants, in fact anyone involved in sport. The workshop aims to educate the community on the prevention of injury, as well as developing an awareness of the safe, effective, and efficient initial management of sports injuries.

The purpose of the SMAC is to stir interest and awareness in the area of Sports Medicine so you and your sporting colleagues wish to then attend further SMA courses to help make sport safer for all.

Upon successful completion of this course participants will be issued with a Certificate of Attendance.
