SMA QLD SAFER SPORT PROGRAMS
The Safer Sport Program (SSP) has been developed with the philosophy of “making sport Safer Sport”. Sports Medicine Australia strives to achieve this by providing courses with an emphasis on gaining practical skills, such as injury prevention, immediate injury management and crisis management techniques that can be used in the sporting environment.
It is the goal of the Safer Sport Program to reach more people in the active community, thereby producing greater awareness of prevention, assessment, management and referral of sporting injuries.
