These resources have been developed to provide assistance to active women across the lifespan. The range of resources includes information on Premenstrual Syndrome and the Active Woman, Exercise in Pregnancy, Nutrition for Sportswomen, Keeping active during Menopause, Exercise and Osteoporosis, Contraception for Active Women, Growing up with Exercise and Exercise and Well-being after Pregnancy.
The original content and production of Exercise and Osteoporosis, Premenstrual Syndrome and the Active Woman and Contraception for Active Women fact sheets was developed with the support of the Australian Sports Commission, WomenSport and Recreation ACT, SA Office of Recreation and Sport, and the WA Ministry of Sport and Recreation.
