Sports physio/strapper wanted for Rugby Club
The Wollongbar Alstonville Rugby Club, situated on the beautiful Far Nth Coast of NSW, is seeking the services of a sports physio/strapper for the upcoming season starting April finishing September. The club is a not-for-profit amateur club, but are prepared to pay for the right person on an hourly basis. GP required for SPORTSMED•SA
The Medical Division of SPORTSMED•SA currently have a vacancy for a GP Registrar term 2 (August 2012 – January 2013) with an interest in sports medicine.
The Medical Division of SPORTSMED•SA provide primary care services for sporting and active individuals with acute and chronic injuries. We also provide diagnosis and management of medical conditions affecting athletic performance. We have on-site X-ray facilities. The medical division works as part of the multi-disciplinary SPORTSMED•SA clinic comprising physiotherapists, podiatrists and orthopaedic surgeons.
There are opportunities to be involved in providing medical services to professional and semi-professional sports teams. There are also opportunities for orthopaedic surgical assisting work.
The medical division runs a weekend sports casualty service and thus there is some weekend work required.
