Northern Tasmania Trainers’ Conference

Come and join us in April for the Northern Tasmania Trainer’s Conference.

This workshop-based event will focus on the assessment and treatment of common sporting injuries obtained in sports such a AFL, soccer and netball, and take you through the latest techniques in taping as well as pre and post game massage.

The workshops will be lead by a team of health professionals including:

Natalie Claudio (Remedial Massage Therapist, PhysioTas)

Marty Fry (Remedial Massage Therapist)

Sally McLaine (Sports Physiotherapist, PhysioTas)

Lauren Shipp (Physiotherapist, PhysioTas)

Zachary Young (Physiotherapist, PhysioTas)

This will be of great benefit if you are considering obtaining your Level 2 Sports Trainer accreditation, or simply wish to further your knowledge as a trainer, coach or sporting official.

We have a limited number of Early Bird tickets available until 1st April 2018.

SMA Member: $45 (save $20)

Non Member: $85 (save $15)

We also have a special Registration plus SMA Sports Trainer Membership offer, which is available for a limited time only. Pricing combines Conference Registration and SMA Sports Trainer Membership (usually $180) for a total of $185.

Please note: This membership includes insurance. To be eligible for SMA Sports Trainer Membership, you must hold a current SMA Level 1 or Level 2 Sports Trainer Accreditation.
