ACT – Understanding Acute Hamstring Injuries (SPA)

Hamstring injuries remain a significant challenge for clinicians in elite and amateur sports, with impacts in both participation and financial domains.

Tim is a physiotherapist with experience working with AFL, Soccer and Rugby League, who will complete his Masters of Sports Physiotherapy through La Trobe University in 2017. Tim has had a focus on hamstring injury through his studies and will present contemporary evidence regarding the risk factors, assessment, prognosis, management and prevention of acute hamstring injuries.
