Transfers

The Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas is located a 1 hour drive from Cairns International Airport.

In conjunction with Sun Palm Transport we have organised a booking system for all conference delegates. All bookings made through the dedicated conference website links below will receive a 10% discount. All travellers are able to book online or by phone if they like. ANY PREPAID BOOKING UNPAID 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CONFERENCE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED.

Sun Palm Transport offer two services one for the Shuttle and the other is for the private charter. Please find links for both of these services below for you to be able to make your transfer bookings for ACSMS 2010.

The transfer timetable can be downloaded from here. The Sheraton Mirage is 15 minutes after the Port Douglas pick up. Please allow for 1.5 hours of travelling from Port Douglas to Cairns airport.

If you are unsure of what time to put in your booking you can enter the booking as 0001 (in the time) and the Sun Palm office will correct the time when they check the booking. If you put the time in for 0001 you will have to return to check the updated time the office has placed on your booking to make your time.

Your booking/s can be viewed on line using the reference number provided to you when you book. You will not receive any notification when making a booking so please make note of your reference number or print the page if you require it. When you make a payment you will be sent a receipt from the payment gateway.
