Member Professional Education Points

All ACSMS sessions provide delegates with the opportunity to earn continuing education points.

  • An ESSA recognised conference – a maximum of 15 CEPs is possible
  • ACSMS 2011 will be recognised for PD hours towards the Career Development Pathway (CDP) for Sports Dietitians Australia.
  • RACGP points have been approved for 30 (Category 2) points total.
  • APA members’ attendance at this conference will accrue 1 CPD point per hour as per APA guidelines.
  • Psychologists can accrue Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours to meet the requirements of the Psychology Board of Australia and the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Members of the APS College of Sport and Exercise Psychologists will accrue CPD hours in the specialist area of sport and exercise psychology.
  • Attendance at the conference allows podiatrists to record up to six hours under the APodC Accredited Podiatrists Program.
  • SEM Physicians and Senior Registrars are eligible to claim professional development points for attendance and/or presentation at SMA events as outlined in the online MOPS reporting facility on the ACSP website.
