Registration
Full Registered delegates receive access to ALL sessions being offered during the conference. Delegates also receive:
- A Book of Abstracts (including a detailed conference program)
- A Delegate Satchel
- Lunch, morning and afternoon teas
- Admission to the Trade Exhibition
- Admission to the Welcome Reception
- Admission to the Poster Session
- Admission to the Conference Dinner*
One Day Registered delegates receive:
- Admission to ALL Sessions (For the day that you are registered)
- A Book of Abstracts (including a detailed conference program)
- A Delegate Satchel
- Lunch, morning and afternoon tea (For the day that you are registered)
- Admission to the Trade Exhibition (For the day that you are registered)
- Admission to the Welcome Reception (If you are registered on Wednesday 31 October)
- Admission to the Poster Session (Date to be advised)
- Admission to the Conference Dinner* (If you are registered on Saturday 3 November)
*Ticket includes food and entertainment only – includes some drinks.

Please note
- ^Student Registration: Student delegates must be enrolled full time and must supply a letter from their Head of School verifying full time student status.
- ~See list of developed countries here. If your country does not appear on this list, then you are eligible for the reduced developing country registration fee.
- One day registration includes entrance to the social program for the day that you are registered only
- Discounts available for group registration: a booking of 10 or more full delegates will receive a 10% discount; twenty or more will receive a 15% discount. A group booking of ten or more students will receive a 10% discount. NB If you wish to make a group booking and receive a discount, do not use the on-line registration system. - Delegates that register for the 4th International Congress on Physical Activity and Public Health (ICPAPH), the Australian Conference of Science and Medicine in Sport (ACSMS) and the Seventh National Sports Injury Prevention Conference (NSIPC) receive access to ALL sessions being offered by the conferences on all four days (Oct 31 – Nov 3 2012)
- **For accompanying persons:
- The Accompanying Person – Daily Catering Only fee includes lunch, morning and afternoon teas for the four days of the conference. Accompanying persons are not entitled to admission to the scientific program.
- The Accompanying Person – Daily Catering and Social Program fee includes lunch, morning and afternoon teas for the four days of the conference, one ticket to the Welcome Reception, one ticket to the Poster Session, and one ticket to the Conference Dinner. Accompanying persons are not entitled to admission to the scientific program.
Cancellation policy:
- A 90% refund on registration will be provided before 31 August 2012.
- A 50% refund on registration will be provided before 30 September 2012.
- No refund will be given on cancellations after 30 September 2012.
- Registrations are transferable if a delegate is unable to attend the Conference.
